KANSAS CITY, Mo. (PRWEB) December 12, 2017 -- Social listening and intelligence company, Infegy, rolled out a major update to its flagship platform, Infegy Atlas, which allows marketers, advertisers, analysts and strategists to discover and collect precise insights about audiences and consumers.
Infegy is making it easier for the users to conduct consumer research with a brand new way to search and filter results and also has added to its list of tools and capabilities for more robust metrics and research.
In addition, Infegy enhanced the amount of data their system can analyze while adding a score of new tools and features to help market researchers discover, research and understand audiences better.
The new features include:
- All-in-One Query builder - Easily create search queries with no boolean knowledge required
- New Filters - Search by brands or products with flexible, easy-to-use filters
- Image search - Search content of images, with most requested brands and logos coming soon
- In-app search editor - Edit and refine your search query without leaving the results area
- Entity search - Search for companies, brands, products, people, media and more simply by name, even if that name is ambiguous
- Category search - Search by specific topics and categories, such as “Shopping,” “health and fitness” or “automotive”
- New data displays - View information in more ways, with additional chart and display options
- In-app help - Guidance throughout Atlas helping new users understand what the data means
The highlight new feature to Infegy Atlas is the simplified query builder. This addresses some of the most common pain points associated with consumer research tools: complexity and time consumption. This allows for faster onboarding time and eliminates the need for complicated boolean search, helping the user easily build their search query and get results faster.
“These enhancements shorten the learning curve required to get up and running with Atlas, allowing more people to get onboarded quicker and with better results,” Justin Graves, founder and CEO of Infegy, Inc. said. “These capabilities are driven from new machine learning and AI technologies that do the heavy lifting for the user.”
On top of the new search system is the multitude of new filters, such as entity search, which help users search content related to specific brands, companies, and products. Additionally, Infegy Atlas now offers 3x more data, with extra inputs from sources such as Reddit and Twitter, and an updated user experience and display aesthetics.
With the latest iteration of the platform, Infegy Atlas looks to usher in a new way for brands to reach and understand audiences, customers, and competitors, while making consumer research easier and more accessible to broader teams and organizations.
“This is an exciting and groundbreaking update for the Infegy Atlas experience,” Graves said. “Our team worked hard to build an even better product, and did so using the help of our clients and partners whose invaluable feedback and support made this possible. Really, this is a game changer in the social listening and consumer research category.”
