PITTSBURGH...An inventor from Ladysmith, Wis., has developed the SAFETY GUTTER CLEAN, a specially designed tool that is used to remove debris from the trough of a rooftop gutter. A prototype is available.

"I was looking for a safe and easy way to clean gutters without having to use ladders and reaching over flower beds and shrubs. I also wanted a way to clean up the debris more easily," said the inventor.

The SAFETY GUTTER CLEAN enables a person to stand safely on the ground while cleaning a gutter. It eliminates the need to lean ladders against gutters. This, in turn, prevents the risk of falling from a ladder or roof. This easy-to-handle tool encourages homeowners to clean their gutters more regularly. In addition, it will eliminate costs associated with having to hire a professional cleaner.

The original design was submitted to the Minneapolis office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
