ThinkTime Expands In-store Tools with Launch of Store Audit Module
CHICAGO (PRWEB) December 04, 2017 -- ThinkTime, LLC today announced the launch of its advanced store audit module. Deployed in conjunction with our most recent release (2.3.8), this new functionality takes our already robust task management, support and communications capabilities to another level.
ThinkTime’s Managing Partner Joel Livet stated, “Our clients are constantly looking for ways to plan the path to consistent execution. They all strive to see their lowest performing stores mimic their top locations while working to ensure that their best stores continue to improve as well. To facilitate that continuous improvement, a standard must be present, something to strive towards. Our new store audit functionality was created in collaboration with our clients, to facilitate that process.”
Enabled within both ThinkTime’s web and mobile environments, the key components of the store audit module are two modules - QuickWalk and Store Visit. Designed to enable retail field leadership as they support, teach and coach store based teams to deliver improved execution, performance and associate engagement.
The QuickWalk tool is perfect for unannounced or impromptu visits. This module enables field leaders to capture opportunities via their mobile device in the form of notes and pictures, quickly converting them to tasks for store team members. The “rapid mode” allows a leader to take multiple images before adding descriptions and then assigning them as individual tasks. Of course, tasks can be assigned to one or more team members and are rolled up within the visit summary for easy recall later.
Our Store Visit tool is created inside ThinkTime’s proprietary custom forms builder. Our clients create detailed store audits in the builder and then deploy them to the field for execution. Visits can include multiple sections, scoring, a wide-variety of field types and can be scheduled in advance or completed on the fly. Each audit question can link to Standard Operating Procedures embedded in ThinkTime’s Knowledge Base, Notes, Attachments (including photos) and of course QuickTasks when opportunities to improve are present.
ThinkTime’s reporting capabilities help leadership compare and contrast previous visits; by location and by question. ThinkTime will even suggest where to visit next based upon previous data collected, making your team even smarter and more efficient.
“The Store Visit module on ThinkTime will be a game changer for us. There are two clear advantages for us to use this module. First, the ability to walk the store, take notes, set tasks, and provide feedback on the floor is outstanding. Second, collecting, archiving, and evaluating the data will assist us in determining trends, as well as how to direct the stores to deliver better on customer expectations” said Chris Claassen, Director of Store Operations for VF Outlet.
The pressure to improve store level productivity for brick and mortar retailers has never been greater. If you want a head start at exponential improvement in the new year, ThinkTime is the answer.
