Flexword event to mark the company's 25th anniversary
Mannheim, Germany (PRWEB UK) 3 December 2017 -- To celebrate the 25th anniversary of the foundation of the international language service provider flexword Translators & Consultants and to mark the end of an extremely successful business year, management organised an anniversary event for the entire Group in Novi Sad in Serbia. On 24 November 2017, the flexword teams from London, Mannheim and Jacksonville made their way to their Serbian colleagues in Novi Sad to enjoy a weekend packed full of highlights.
Over the course of the weekend, the teams were presented with an extensive cultural and culinary programme. The medieval Petrovaradin fortress offers a stunning view of this university town on the Danube river. And this was the starting point for an exciting tour of the fortress's catacombs during which a local historian offered the flexword teams from Germany, Great Britain and the USA an insight into the city's past. There were also treats in store for the taste buds: At a vineyard near to Novi Sad, employees got the chance to sample various wine varieties from the region together with typical local specialities. Staff were then able to explore the city on their own before meeting up again in the evening for a joint dinner with live music. Managing Director Werner Arnautović says, “the aim of this event was to express our gratitude to staff for the successful 2017 business year and also to celebrate our 25th anniversary. Our teams work together at different locations on international projects and, thanks to modern technology, are able to remain in close contact.
