Shapiro is a seasoned SaaS software industry team leader, and brings 15+ years’ experience in product development and management to his leadership role at Doxim. He has strong core competencies in all areas of end-to-end product development and management, and a proven track record of effective leadership.

Prior to joining Doxim, Shapiro honed his leadership skills at Points, a technology company working in the loyalty e-commerce industry, where he was first Director of Product Management, then Vice President of Operations. Under Shapiro’s direction, his team managed the product lifecycle of Points products, including a white label loyalty e-commerce platform used by 35+ of world’s top loyalty programs. He was also instrumental in the creation and roll-out of the Points developer platform (LCP), APIs, and its global loyalty partner integrations.
