PITTSBURGH...“I thought there needed to be a simple way to prevent the iron from falling off of the ironing board,” said an inventor, from Brentwood, N.Y., “so I invented the IRON STAY.”

The patent-pending IRON STAY provides a safe and convenient way to stabilize an iron during the ironing process. In doing so, it could help to prevent the iron from falling. As a result, it enhances safety and peace of mind. The invention features a durable design that is convenient and easy to use so it is ideal for households. Additionally, the IRON STAY is producible in design variations and a prototype is available.

The inventor described the invention design. “My design provides added protection for irons.”
