IRVINE, Calif. (PRWEB) December 01, 2017
Hitachi Solutions America, a leading provider of global industry solutions based on the Microsoft Cloud, announces the launch of Engage for Insurance, a proven product re-engineered specifically for Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Engage for Insurance is the first to launch in a suite of industry products designed for the Microsoft Cloud portfolio including Dynamics 365, Power BI, and Cortana Intelligence. Designed to extend and enhance the functionality of the Microsoft Cloud, Hitachi Solutions America's unique industry products offer businesses the customized software they need to compete and win in today’s climate. Pre-built, industry specific modules will offer businesses faster, lower-risk implementation and rapid user adoption and industry specific data and insights.
The new products consist of four families, two of which — Engage and Optimize – will launch in 2017.
“The launch of Engage and Optimize, Hitachi Solutions’ industry focused products for Microsoft Dynamics 365, represent our commitment to the Microsoft Cloud platform as well as our mission of being our customer’s most valuable partner,” said Tom Galambos, President at Hitachi Solutions America. “Our depth of experience with the Microsoft platform and our years of industry experience, completing over 500 implementations enabled us to create sophisticated, industry specific products that extend the core functionality of the Microsoft Cloud portfolio, including Dynamics 365.”
Just released, Engage for Insurance gives insurers a practical solution to effectively manage and foster profitable relationships across agencies, customers, brokers, and other partners. With five out-of-the-box insurance specific modules, Engage for Insurance enables insurers to focus on all aspects of their insurance business and the customer lifecycle, from relationship and engagement management to business development.
“We understand that managing the customer relationship is a team process. That’s why we created robust collaboration tools to help insurers coordinate between teams with tailored experiences based on each user’s job role,” said Tap Haley, Vice President, Insurance, Hitachi Solutions America. “Engage for Insurance extends the capabilities of Dynamics 365 to offer insurers and their distribution channel partners more out of the box capabilities while retaining the ability to customize for their unique needs.”
Engage for Insurance includes the following industry specific modules:
- Distribution Relationship Management
- Direct Channel Management
- Producer Productivity Suite
- Policy Integration Toolbox
- Risk Management
Following the release of Engage for Insurance, additional Engage products will be rolled out in the coming year for the Banking, Capital Markets and Healthcare industries as well as the Manufacturing and Retail industries. Engage products extend the traditional CRM functionality found within the Dynamics 365 platform — including sales, customer service, field service and project service automation.
Also set to launch this year is the Optimize product family. Hitachi Solutions America’s Optimize products will extend the traditional ERP functionality found within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform, including Talent, Finance & Operations and Retail, for the Retail, Manufacturing and Construction industries. The Optimize products will enable organizations to get up and running faster, with enhanced functionality built specifically for their industry.
Four additional products will launch in the remainder of 2017, with plans to launch another 10, including the Transform and Empower product families, in 2018. The Transform and Empower product families will focus on expanding the capabilities of the Microsoft Cloud in the areas of IoT, Advanced Analytics, and more.
“We are making a long-term commitment and investment in the industry cloud. Hitachi Solutions America’s industry expertise, combined with the innovations built on the Microsoft Cloud, allow us to quickly and successfully deploy products that are customized to meet the unique needs of different industries,” said Brad Koontz, Vice President, Industry Solutions & Program Manager of Open Innovation Center in Bellevue, WA, Hitachi Solutions America.
