InventHelp, founded in 1984 in Pittsburgh, is attempting to submit this idea, the Family Locator to applicable companies for their consideration.

"It is heartbreaking when a person or pet goes missing," said an inventor from Baltimore, Md. "In order to help find a lost or missing loved one or pet quickly and easily, I came up with this easy-to-use system."

He created a prototype for the FAMILY LOCATOR to provide an effective way to locate a lost or missing person or pet. The device ensures that the person or pet can be found quickly. This is designed to enhance personal safety. The accessory offers added peace of mind to loved ones and pet owners. Additionally, the system features an inconspicuous design.

The original design was submitted to the Columbia office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
