The LeverEdge announced the creation of a new Director of Water Treatment Development position as part of the company’s Senior Leadership Team. Filling this position is Shawn Talley, who brings strong technical, strategic, operational, and business management experience from over 28 years in the water treatment industry.
Previously Talley held various positions with Pentair, as National Sales Manager focused on the acquisition and growth of the company’s Key Accounts, Commercial Lead for New Product Introduction, and as a Regional Sales Manager supporting OEMs across the country. Prior to joining Pentair, Talley worked as a Culligan dealer and was continuously recognized as the Top Sales Producer in the Culligan network. He supported sales with multiple dealerships from Ohio to Idaho, where he applied his background in chemical engineering to residential problem water applications, as well as to the design and sales of commercial and industrial systems.
As an active member of the WQA, holding chair positions with a number of committees, Shawn is dedicated to giving back to the industry and supporting its growth. In addition, he has a proven record of facilitating long-term business relationships with both customers and industry achievers.
