Green Circle Capital Grows Investment Banking Coverage of VMS/Nutraceutical Space with Hiring of Bakley Smith, CFA and Publication of New White Paper

Bakley Smith, CFA has joined Green Circle Capital as a Vice President to head up the firm’s VMS/Nutraceutical practice. The firm published a whitepaper on the VMS/Nutraceutical space highlighting ways to enhance enterprise value for mid-market operators.

Bakley Smith, CFA has joined Green Circle Capital as a Vice President to head up the firm’s VMS/Nutraceutical practice. Mr. Smith’s first order of business since joining the firm in September was to publish a white paper last week entitled, “Enhancing Enterprise Value of VMS/Nutraceutical Businesses.” The paper can be read or downloaded at http://bit.ly/GreenCircle-VMS-Whitepaper. Prior to joining Green Circle Mr. Smith had been an equity research analyst at Bank of America and then Jefferies & Co. (where he covered food & drug retailers, healthy lifestyle and food & beverages) as well as an entrepreneur.
