Dedicated Computing has finalized a definitive agreement for the divestiture of its regional Enterprise division to RMM Solutions, a technology services company based in Wausau, WI.

Dedicated Computing is an original design manufacturer (ODM) of proprietary, highly-engineered computing systems for blue-chip OEM customers in Healthcare & Life Sciences, Training & Simulation and Industrial markets.

Dedicated Computing has finalized a definitive agreement for the divestiture of its regional Enterprise division to RMM Solutions, a technology services company based in Wausau, WI. This agreement enables Dedicated Computing to focus entirely on its primary business as an Original Design Manufacturer (ODM) of proprietary, highly engineered computing systems for global OEM customers in Healthcare, Life Sciences, Training & Simulation, and Industrial markets.

As a part of the transaction, RMM will absorb the assets and employees of Dedicated Computing’s Enterprise division, currently operating from offices in Wauwatosa and Appleton, WI. Dedicated Computing LLC, parent company of the Dedicated Computing Enterprise division, will move any remaining functions currently operating in the Wauwatosa and Appleton offices to its global headquarters in Waukesha, WI.
