(Westbridge Capital), a private equity management company, announced today that it has acquired an indirect controlling interest in ABODA, Inc. (ABODA), a Seattle-based leading provider of global housing solutions, to be owned by RESIDE Worldwide, Inc. (RESIDE Worldwide).
