Conversable today announced the launch of 3 national brands and merchants into the recently launched Marketplace, the new merchant-to-driver interaction platform, and a powerful new media channel for automotive and mobile commerce. Conversable and General Motors (GM) have partnered to deliver on-demand, commerce capabilities for millions of 4G LTE connected Chevrolet, Buick, GMC and Cadillac vehicles. Conversable’s ability to deploy personalized user content makes it possible for brands like TGI Friday’s, Wingstop and Dunkin Donuts to integrate their content into Marketplace.

Marketplace is a commerce platform that gives drivers the opportunity to more safely interact with some of their favorite brands from the comfort of their vehicle. Users can order their favorite coffee on the way to work, choose the route to the closest gas station when low on fuel, and make a dinner reservation on the go, right from the driver’s seat with a tap on the dash.

By leveraging real-time interaction data such as location, time of day, and a driver’s established digital relationship with third-party merchants and combining them with smart machine learning capabilities, Conversable will enable merchants to offer highly personalized experiences through Marketplace.
