Kelvin Woodard marks his publishing debut with the release of “First Love” (published by WestBow Press), a book expounding on God’s love for his people and his requirement for all to love, which “has implications far beyond what people define as love.”
“God is love, and everything he has done from Genesis to Revelation reveals his love. Starting with the beginning, revealing the end, and demonstrating his love throughout,” Woodard shares. “What we sometimes don’t realize is love doesn’t mean agreeable. Remember, love put Jesus on the cross, then love said now pick up your cross. Not exactly the love we want to believe.”
“First Love” is a compilation of Woodard’s dialogue and research in the spirit. It is a book of revelatory knowledge, offered to anyone who is truly seeking to know God’s word better. Its revelation will cause the reader to be curious as to how much more revelation they are missing.
“The difference I would like for anyone to get who reads this book is to not just accept what I have written, but for the revelation to be intriguing and compelling enough to cause you to begin a journey of the study of the word to know it for yourself. Because if you don’t know your God, you are and have been forced to accept the version given to you,” Woodard reminds readers.
