The PiC20 Group has engaged Fairfield, CT industrial design firm Product Ventures to help to create the bottle, logo and packaging for the company’s newest product, Ranger Ready Repellents, launching in Spring of 2018.
The PiC20 Group’s CEO and Founder, Chris L. Fuentes states: “We’re introducing a new brand of repellents as a safe and effective alternative to DEET. We’re looking to revolutionize the U.S. repellent business and have turned to Product Ventures to create a breakthrough design for Ranger Ready Repellents.”
Product Ventures, Executive Vice President, Strategy, Victor Melendez added, “The PiC20 Group has challenged our design team to develop more effective packaging for repellents. We are excited to be working on such an important project that will lead to protecting thousands from illnesses such as Lyme Disease and Zika virus.”
The PiC20 Group is currently awaiting EPA registration for Ranger Ready Repellents and expects to launch the brand in the U.S. market in March 2018. Ranger Ready is made entirely in the USA with the active ingredient Picaridin 20%, which protects people from tick and mosquito bites for up to 12 hours.
