“Many small businesses don’t have the resources for large adhesive sprayers, so our 2-part sprayer is ideal for them – it’s easy to use and maintain,” said Tony McMullen, Chemique president.

Chemique Adhesives will demo its newly designed 2-part adhesive sprayer designed for small to medium-sized businesses looking for an affordable and portable solution at CAMX 2017 Dec. 11-14 in Orlando.

“Many small businesses don’t have the resources for large adhesive sprayers, so our 2-part sprayer is ideal for them – it’s easy to use and maintain,” said Tony McMullen, Chemique president. “It’s a way for these businesses to increase efficiency and save money, while delivering a high-quality product.”

Chemque's Solfre2 adhesive can be applied with the two-part sprayer, allowing for lighter coat weights over typical applications, saving time and money.

Equipment featured

  • Portable Spray Unit (PSS Unit) – Designed and assembled in the U.S., the PSS Unit is a portable adhesive application system to be used with solvent-free Solfre adhesives. Combined with Solfre’s unique rheology, this system applies a thinner coat weight allowing the use of less adhesive. This ultimately equates to reduced production waste and cost. The unit is ideally suited for the small to medium size business, with very low capital investment, and allows for complete flexibility and control of the manufacturing process. Chemique offers tailor-made, comprehensive bonding solutions for manufacturers. The company manufactures its own adhesives, as well as designs and manufactures its equipment, offering extensive training and after sales service. With no vendors or middle men, Chemique offers significant savings to its customers.

Chemique will feature its Solfre2, Bondseal and Sabatack line of adhesives, demonstrating their effectiveness for the composites and advanced materials industry.
