The infamous darts bar are now looking to extend their offering to the US market by launching a new venue on Chicago's W. Wacker Drive. "Social Darts" will be launching in the Windy City in early 2018, looking to give Chicagoans a unique darting experience.
Flight Club Darts launched in Shoreditch in 2015 and has since seen a rapid rise in popularity in one of the coolest parts of London. Flight Club have made darts such a focal point that they have reworked it and invented their own game that they call Social Darts. Making this unique version of the classic game allows guests of all experience levels to compete with each other. This makes the venue the ideal place for work team building events and fun nights out, alike.
This unique and personalised experience runs right through the bar with the fairground-like interior design, food made from scratch and playful drinks. The food and drinks are so good that their menus are a centrepiece within the bar. Displayed within vibrant red buckram menu covers, custom-made by Smart Hospitality Supplies, with a vivacious pattern embossed on the cover. Guests are enticed to whet their appetite by flicking through the elegantly designed menu. The food menu is based on social food and comfort food made from scratch by their expert chefs. Each element of the atmosphere and design is carefully crafted to create a quirky and unforgettable experience.
Such an experience doesn't seem too farfetched in the UK, however in Chicago, where darts bars are almost non-existent, it is an incredibly audacious endeavour. As proven, Flight Club don't do things by halves and are going in to Chicago holding nothing back.
The new 9,000-square-foot venue will be situated next door their sister company, the ping pong social club, AceBounce. The two story complex will serve separate menus of each floor with the ground floor featuring a raw bar, salads and flatbreads. The UK version of Flight Club offers craft ales with the US version offering what they call "craft cocktails."
