Dealer Marketing Services, Inc., the makers of ProMax announced today that they have completed the integration of General Motors Vehicle Pricing Service (VPS) features into the ProMax software platform. GM franchise dealers that utilize ProMax can now directly access GM VPS features from within ProMax. Earlier this year, ProMax added a data integration with GM Dealer Customer Data Exchange (DCDE) and began participation in GM’s iMR Turnkey Vendor Program as a ‘Premium CRM’.
The GM Vehicle Pricing Service (VPS) is made up of two components: Incentives Offer Management (IOM) and GM Reward Card information. VPS IOM provides access to incentive compatibility and stackability information directly from General Motors, and is now available from any applicable Desking screen or deal in ProMax. The GM VPS Reward Card provides dealers access to a customer’s current GM Reward Card earnings from ProMax and ProMax Mobile.
