Rockbridge Adds SOL VISTA Skywalk® Software to Reduce Energy & Water Expenses

Rockbridge enrolled 42 of its hotels in SOL VISTA’s industry-leading data platform, Skywalk®, in a multi-year agreement beginning in December 2017. The hotels will use Skywalk to gain valued insights into energy procurement and local benchmarking compliance. SOL VISTA’s software also provides ongoing building monitoring and the company’s expert team of analysts will deliver assistance with customized efficiency projects.

One customer signed a new multi-year Skywalk agreement for 39 hotels, and The Bernstein Companies signed a new multi-year agreement for 13 properties, including seven office buildings, five hotels, and one multi-family housing property. Both companies will continue to use Skywalk for ongoing building monitoring, benchmarking with professional verification, and energy-efficiency project assistance.
