Reinforcing Rod Protective Cover Developed by InventHelp Inventor (KSC-1203)
PITTSBURGH, PA (PRWEB) December 15, 2017 -- An inventor from Parkville, Mo., has developed the REBAR PROTECTOR, a new type of temporary protective cover for upwards extending concrete reinforcing rods.
"I have been in the construction industry for many years and was looking for an easier and less expensive way to cover large amounts of rebar without using single caps," said the inventor. The REBAR PROTECTOR provides an alternative to traditional, individual cap-style reinforcing rod covers. It installs and removes with less time and effort than individual caps. In addition, this cover provides a level of protection against impalement equal to or greater than conventional caps.
The original design was submitted to the Kansas City office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
