Nowhere To Run: Oaks Christian Online Student-Author Publishes First Historical Novel
WESTLAKE VILLAGE, Calif. (PRWEB) December 13, 2017 -- Oaks Christian Online School celebrates the release of “Nowhere To Run (The Prophets of Yahweh)”, penned by student-author Kailian Blohm under the pseudonym Jensina Wilson.
The historical novel is the first in a series and follows the story of a young prophet, the reluctant Jonah.
Blohm, a middle school student at Oaks Christian Online School (OCO), notes that she found inspiration for her debut novel in Jonah because “his journey of fleeing the Lord and then God bringing him back makes him not only easy to relate to, but also comparable to Israel. These similarities paint a beautiful picture of God's grace, forgiveness, and unconditional love.”
The author also credits the faculty and students at OCO for their encouragement and enthusiasm during the writing process.
“Ms. Blohm’s accomplishment as a published author speaks to the level of talent within the Oaks Christian Online School, and we couldn’t be more proud,” said Head of School, Rob Black.
“Nowhere to Run (The Prophets of Yahweh)” is available for purchase on Amazon in both paperback and Kindle format.
