New concierge program helps care teams provide alternative pathways for patients with back, knee, and hip pain without the use of opioids.

Welkin Health, a San Francisco-based digital health company, has partnered with Risalto Health, a digital health services company transforming the delivery of musculoskeletal (MSK) care, to offer a new care concierge program aimed at streamlining the MSK patient journey and improving the outcomes of patients living with chronic back, knee, and hip pain.

Using Welkin’s configurable case management tool, their team member workflows will be customized and streamlined to best engage, treat, and follow up with patients suffering from lower back, knee or hip pain. Data captured between patients and care teams from Welkin’s six communication channels—such as phone, text, and email—will provide greater insights into patient behaviors, informing future patient care. Welkin’s workflow triggers enable users to quickly address patient needs, guaranteeing strengthened relationships and improved long-term outcomes.

Risalto and Welkin have enrolled their first customer in the concierge program—a Fortune 50 company with nearly 160,000 employees.
