RightMesh targets an opportunity for economic inclusion as the team brings a developed mesh network technology into emerging markets to provide connectivity
VANCOUVER, B.C. (PRWEB) December 14, 2017
RIghtMesh has added blockchain, cryptocurrency and traditional VC expertise to its Executive Team with the appointment of Alyse Killeen as a long term Executive Strategic Consultant to its parent company, Left. Alyse’s support adds to RightMesh’s powerhouse executive team of scientists, engineers, PhDs and business experts as they prepare for their upcoming MESH Token Generation Event (TGE) in January 2018. As a strong advocate of decentralization, Alyse is values-aligned to help guide RightMesh in its mission to bring connectivity to the next billion users globally.
Alyse Killeen, Managing Partner of StillMark Co. and StillMark Capital, is a venture capitalist and one of the very first traditional venture investors to participate as an investor and advisor in blockchain and cryptocurrency ecosystems. She delved into incentivized software-based networks as early as 2013 and was an Advisory Board Member and Chairperson to one of the very first companies ever to host a token generation event.
With a background in traditional VC investments as well as early experience with TGE projects, Killeen has broad and deep insights into best practices for token sales and distributions.
"RightMesh targets an opportunity for economic inclusion as the team brings a developed mesh network technology into emerging markets to provide connectivity, incentivizing and rewarding the related network effect of the RightMesh software via a smart token economy,” said Killeen. “The prospect of new access to tools and a global economy specifically for communities within the bottom half of the socio-economic pyramid was one of the initial catalysts of my interest and commitment to decentralized blockchain technology; a collaboration with Left.io on RightMesh is in natural alignment with my own aspirations for a more inclusive world."
CEO John Lyotier said, “The goal for our token sale is to follow the best practices agreed upon by the crypto community and adhere to the highest standards for token distribution. We believe Alyse Killeen’s experience and knowledge of the traditional investment world, combined with her expertise in the blockchain and cryptocurrency ecosystem, will be invaluable as we embark on changing the world together.”

RightMesh, incubated by multi-award winning parent company Left, is on a mission to bring connectivity to the next billion users using the combined power of blockchain, mesh networking and its own MESH tokens. RightMesh wireless networks are self-forming, self-healing, and self-regulating, using various technologies in existing smartphones and IoT devices rather than relying on traditional infrastructure and Internet Service Providers. RightMesh’s networking technology is already used in a content-sharing and local messaging app called YO! which has received over 1 million installs and is actively used in emerging markets. At home in Canada, RightMesh is supporting a community-led initiative to bring connectivity to the remote community of Rigolet by mesh enabling the enuk app.
