MENDOZA, Argentina (PRWEB) December 15, 2017 -- Belatrix Software, a leading software development company, has inaugurated its new headquarters in a ceremony held in Mendoza, Argentina.
Mendoza’s Governor Alfredo Cornejo, and the Mayor, Rodolfo Suarez, along with other local dignitaries, attended the ceremony.
Belatrix’s new offices are in one of the iconic buildings in the city center, which the company has restored to its former glory. While the building itself is steeped in history, Belatrix has designed the interior to focus on helping foster its unique innovation culture, in which Agile development plays a key role. Belatrix was one of the first companies in Latin America to focus on Agile development, and the methodology continues to be at the heart of the company. More than 25% of employees are certified Scrum Masters, and every individual is trained in the methodology.
Already in 2017, Belatrix has opened new US headquarters in Silicon Valley, aiming to hire up to 80 US workers in the coming years. It has also started operations in Bogotá, Colombia, and recently moved into its new offices. It has also expanded its Lima, Peru offices.
Alex Robbio, President and Co-founder of Belatrix, commented “This is a major step in the history of Belatrix. The new offices blend the old with the new, history with modernity. Creating a great workplace environment is an important part of building the right company culture, and this new building, with its modern, urban style, means it’s easy for people to share expertise, and foster collaboration.”
