Network Security Group Purchases Waytek Software; Adds Avast Business Solutions to Distribution Offering
NEWTON, N.C. (PRWEB) December 19, 2017 -- Network Security Group (NSG), the cyber security distribution division of Temprano Techvestors, announced today that it has completed the acquisition of Waytek Software, the boutique endpoint security software distribution and value-added resale division of Waytek, a New Jersey-based technology company. Through the Waytek acquisition, NSG adds the Avast Business cloud and endpoint security solutions to its partner offerings.
“We were excited when NSG approached us about purchasing our distribution arm,” said Brian McDonnell, President of Waytek.

Waytek Software will continue to distribute the same brands as in the past, and customers can expect an elevated level of service with a larger team devoted to them, led by several industry veterans, including Luke Walling, General Manager of NSG and owner of Temprano Techvestors.
