PITTSBURGH (PRWEB) December 20, 2017 -- Inventors from Wyoming, Ohio, have developed BARRY'S BANDER, a modified banding tool, of the type used to apply banding to HVAC system duct insulation. A prototype is available.
"As an insulator, our invention is job related. We wanted to invent a better, faster and easier way to apply banding during HVAC jobs," said the inventors.
BARRY'S BANDER facilitates the installation of banding used for retaining HVAC duct insulation. It reduces the amount of time and effort required to use it. In addition, it permits greater levels of tension to be achieved. This modified tool helps prevent repetitive motion injuries and improves worker morale. Finally, the automatic operation of this tool will boost worker productivity.
The original design was submitted to the Cincinnati office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
