In a recent statement, the firm backed up its claims, breaking down the three reasons it believes a sales role molds the most successful individuals.

1) Stamina
It is no myth that a job in sales is time-consuming. The roles offer substantial financial potential, but also require vast amounts of hard work and persistence for individuals to reap success. When looking to start a business, young professionals will need to be ready to put in massive shifts to get a business off its feet. 2) Sales Technique
