“After spending quite a few years at a very large and established company, I found myself getting the ‘startup itch’ — I wanted to make a direct and palpable impact at a company with an exciting vision, a talented leadership team and a best-in-class product. HelloSign is the perfect fit,” says Santhana Parthasarathy, VP of Engineering at HelloSign. “In addition to punching way above our weight range when it comes to innovation, HelloSign’s core company values nurture a culture of employee and customer empathy, which is very important to me.”

In addition, Mai Ton joins HelloSign as the first VP of People where she will be responsible for scaling HelloSign’s people strategy while managing the challenges associated with rapid organizational growth. By instituting the programs and cultural framework for unleashing the full potential of employees, she drives the team’s long-term development, while developing the company’s stature as a “Great Place to Work.” Mai brings over 15 years of experience to HelloSign as a proven leader in People Operations. Previously, she held HR leadership positions at OneLogin, Trulia, RichRelevance and PriceWaterhouseCoopers during transformative periods.

“I’ve been lucky enough to work in many companies that had awesome cultures, but this one simply has a magic to it. I can’t wait to do my part in growing an already incredible team by recruiting, hiring and developing amazing people,” says Mai Ton, VP of People at HelloSign. “HelloSign has been very deliberate about fostering an inclusive and innovative culture, and I intend on protecting that magic as the team scales.
