The first VP of Engineering at HelloSign, Santhana Parthasarathy, is responsible for scaling the Engineering organization including Development, Developer Operations, and Quality functions in partnership with CTO Neal O’Mara. Santhana’s primary focus is to ensure HelloSign secures the best people, technology and processes to enable the HelloSign platform and functionality to scale in order to meet the growing needs of customers. Santhana brings over 20 years of experience to his role as VP of Engineering. Prior to HelloSign, he held Engineering leadership roles at Salesforce.com and helped successfully launch several Platform and Security specific products that were widely adopted by over 400,000 enterprise customers.

Previously, she held HR leadership positions at OneLogin, Trulia, RichRelevance and PriceWaterhouseCoopers during transformative periods.
