Trident Business Professor Selected as Keynote Speaker at Human Resources Conference in Pakistan
CYPRESS, Calif. (PRWEB) December 21, 2017 -- Dr. Randall Fandrich, professor in Trident University International’s (Trident) Glenn R. Jones College of Business, will be a keynote speaker at The Digital HR Symposium: Technology and Innovation for Human Resource Excellence on March 19, 2018 in Karachi, Pakistan.
As part of his keynote remarks, Dr. Fandrich is slated to discuss how technology and innovation contribute to human resource success.
Dr. Fandrich joined Trident’s faculty in 2012. He is currently instructing in Trident’s new Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) program, where he also played a key role in developing course content.
Dr. Fandrich is a seasoned human resources scholar practitioner with extensive international experience as an adviser, trainer, and speaker. In 2008 he launched the Expatriate Foundation, an international human resources management organization that works with expatriates, scholar-practitioners, professionals, and internationally-minded citizens to help them achieve their goals of education, learning, and success.
“By the time I had completed my terminal degree dissertation, 'Expatriate Success & Failure – The Cultural Competency Factor,' my goal was to find a way to combine my areas of expertise,” stated Dr. Fandrich. “By starting the Expatriate Foundation, I have been able to leverage my background to create learning opportunities for people across the world.”
Earlier this year he spoke at The Rise of Digital HR & Service Delivery Summit – September 20-22nd, 2017 Nairobi, Kenya, where the conference theme was: “The New Role of Digital HR & Next Generation Era.” His presentation included remarks on the future of HR technology, tools for onboarding, knowledge sharing, video learning, and content curation.
Dr. Fandrich earned a Ph.D. in Organization and Management from Capella University and a Master of Business Administration from Regis University. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from American University in Washington, DC. His research interests include generational differences in the workplace, cultural competencies as they relate to expatriate success and failure, and international strategic human resource management topics.
