Forty 7 Ronin, a rapidly expanding industry leader in contact center and interactive voice response (IVR) design and deployment, today announced continued dramatic growth across every key aspect of its business during the fiscal year ended December 31, 2017.

Forty 7 Ronin was pleased to welcome J.T. In August, the company launched its new JumpStart Program on the Genesys AppFoundry – a newly available online marketplace focused on customer experience solutions.
