William Mattar's Safe and Sober New Year's Eve Program: For a Safe Way Home for Both You and Your Car, the Ride is Provided by William Mattar
BUFFALO, N.Y. (PRWEB) December 27, 2017 -- The law offices of William Mattar are proud to team up with Designated Drivers of Buffalo for the 10th annual William Mattar Safe and Sober Free Ride Home Program this New Year’s Eve.
The program provides a safe ride home for both driver and vehicle this New Year’s Eve, with pickups originating within the city of Buffalo. Safe rides will be available on New Year’s Eve night from midnight through 4am.
This year Designated Drivers of Buffalo is debuting their app, DDNY, which is designed to make rides easy to schedule, track your driver in real time and message the driver as to where to meet. Through the William Mattar Safe and Sober Free Ride Home Program, participants can obtain their free ride code by going to williammattar.com. (*Free ride code is only valid on One Way Designated Driver Service, from 12am to 4am on January 1st. Go to williammattar.com for details.) When booking the ride from the app, the code can then be entered.
When you use the William Mattar Safe and Sober Free Ride Home Program, Designated Drivers of Buffalo will send two uniformed drivers to pick up you and your car. William Mattar will be picking up the entire tab during the William Mattar New Year’s Eve Safe & Sober Free Ride Home Program for rides originating within the city of Buffalo having a drop-off distance of 20 miles within Western New York. Designated Drivers of Buffalo will start taking ride bookings at 11:30pm on December 31st. Rides will start after the ball drop and run until 4am on January 1st, 2018.
Rides are provided to an individual’s residence only and are made available to those who might otherwise attempt to drive home after drinking. Due to the high number of ride requests, rides cannot be guaranteed for everyone who calls. However, every attempt will be made to accommodate everyone who requests a ride home. Please be aware that wait times may occur.
New Year’s Eve Safety Tips:
- Always arrange a designated driver in advance if you intend to consume alcohol.
- If you are hosting a party, provide nonalcoholic beverage options.
- Make a decision regarding transportation prior to going out.
- Think about the dangerous and often life-changing consequences of drinking and driving. The dangers to you, your vehicle, and everyone else on the road are not worth the risk.
- Download the DDNY app then go to williammattar.com to get your free ride code.
