“The Book of Benjamin”: a riveting story on overcoming addiction and difficult situations. “The Book of Benjamin” is the creation of published author, Bigmouthben, a successful cofounder of Motivation Forward Inc., a board member of Partners for Home Inc., and a public speaker in many institutions and other nonprofit organizations concerning drug use and its dangers.

He shares, “I survived childhood molestation only to spiral into addiction which would later be interrupted by a life-threatening injury (being crushed on the back of a garbage truck). Refusing to give up, I continued my journey turning that wheelchair into a snack cart, but addiction would have its way again taking me to my bottom, sleeping under a bridge. I decided to have a conversation with God. There had to be more to life than this. God answered, ‘It is. I promised to love you wherever you want to be. If you want to remain under this bridge, I will love you but it is up to you to decide where you want to be loved by me!’ It was like a light went on in my head. I felt a revelation that lifted my spirit and my journey began.”

Published by Christian Faith Publishing, Bigmouthben’s new book is an awesome success story that emphasizes the role of faith, determination, and perseverance, in genuinely changing for the better.

The book is an honest narrative of the problems of drug addiction, homelessness, and mental illness. Those who are subjected to these issues are not totally hopeless cases, because the Lord is the mighty Savior of the lost.
