“TJ Llama: It's Okay To Be Different” is the creation of published author, Mary Poillion, a realtor who loves helping people find their dream homes, llama farmer, and breast cancer survivor. Mary was born and raised in Miami, Florida. She married and raised her family in Homestead & Key Largo, Florida. In 2004, their family moved to a small farm in Howey In The Hills. When asked what type of animals they should get, her son, Rocky, said, “Let’s get a llama.” When she met TJ Llama, she knew she would train him to be a therapy llama. As a breast cancer survivor, she participates in Florida Hospital Waterman’s Pinking Ceremony every year.
