Gourdough’s Public House to Host Back-to-Back New Year’s Eve Events
AUSTIN, Texas (PRWEB) December 26, 2017 -- Buckle up Austinites, because Gourdough’s Public House is ringing in the New Year…twice!
The ball drops first on Gourdough’s Family Friendly New Year’s Eve Party on December 31st, from 8pm-12am at Gourdough’s Public House on South Lamar.
Games at every table ensure that families can leave 2017 behind by settling the score once and for all about who is the family checkers champion. (Fingers crossed for you!) After a healthy dose of competition, guests can enjoy a hearty helping of Gourdough’s big fat donuts, and put off their New Year’s fitness goals for another day. Trust Gourdough’s Public House Manager, Kinzington McElvain when he says, “it’s worth it!”
With TV coverage of the New Year’s countdown around the world, and in-house poppers and sparklers, it’s sure to be a festive evening for all involved. And who can forget the sparkling juice for the kids and champagne for the adults? While everyone is bound to have a bubbling good time, come morning all folks 21 and up may find themselves in need of a little hair of the dog. That’s where Gourdough’s second New Year’s event, Hangover Brunch, comes into play.
On Monday January 1st from 10 am to 3 pm at Gourdough's Public House it’s time to cozy up to some good ol’ fashioned drunk food. With a full brunch menu offering, guests can absorb those excess beverages in gourmet style. In the spirit of the New Year all meals will come with complementary black-eyed peas and cabbage for a dash of good luck. But it wouldn’t be Hangover Brunch without some amazing drink specials that will kick that hangover to the 2017 curb, all while meeting your 2018 budget goals. Two birds, one stone – not bad for a person who woke up hungover!
Donut let 2018 intimidate you - here’s to a new year of good food, good fun, good friends and back-to-back parties at Gourdough’s!
