Southeast Florida trial attorneys expect move to strengthen regional presence and improve client experience

In a move to strengthen its foothold on the Southeast Florida market and enhance the client experience, Shiner Law Group has moved into larger, more efficient space in Boca Raton, David I. Shiner, the firm’s president, announced today.

The growing Boca Raton-based practice that services individuals and business in civil cases throughout Florida has relocated its main office headquarters to 951 Yamato Road, while still maintaining offices in Broward, Martin, St. Lucie, and Collier counties.

“Our work and the clients we represent continue to grow in size and scope,” said Shiner. “The move is a natural progression that will position us for future growth opportunities and provide staff with improved amenities and accommodations to better serve our clients.”

Shiner said the demand for civil litigation continues to grow. About 31 million people are injured across the country each year and many of those incidents require representation to recover compensation for medical expenses, lost work time and suffering. Shiner said these lawsuits may include traffic accidents, construction accidents, defective products, medical malpractice and premises liability.

And while Shiner Law Group continues to focus on personal injury and consumer protection cases, Shiner said the practice, included among the “Best Law Firms” by U.S. News & World Report and rated a “Superb 10.0” by AVVO, has steadily continued to expand the firm’s business and commercial litigation law practice which includes breach of contract, non compete lawsuit, real estate litigation, employment law, and election law.
