Gregory Hold Places Second in the Preliminaries at the Cleveland Comedy Festival
NEW YORK (PRWEB) January 02, 2018 -- Gregory Hold placed second in the Cleveland Comedy Festival Prelims Night on December 1, 2017. The contest took place at the Kennedy Theater in Playhouse Square in Cleveland, Ohio. On Prelims Night, each competitor took to the stage to win over the audience and a panel of judges with their stand-up comedy routine, with the top three advancing to the finals of the competition.
Preliminary Group #3, in which Greg competed, featured comedians who had applied to and been accepted to the festival from all over the nation, with Massachusetts, New York, North Carolina, Louisiana, Illinois, Michigan, California and 3 locals from Ohio represented.
Long suspicious that he has an excellent comedic writing ability, Greg has finally found time to subject audiences to his pithy, dry and clean humor about things like his nerdy guy problems, relationships, and the state of the world. Drawing on his professional knowledge, Greg uses his performances to speak on issues of market structure, compliance and reform, possessing the ability to both make people laugh across the room, or to put them to sleep.
