“Glassology” Added to Four Seasons Resort Maui Guest Experiences

At the end of the class, guests will have learned the fundamentals and will be set to impress their own guests, capable of answering such questions as Does the shape of a wine glass really matter? Or more specifically, why do you drink a Sauvignon Blanc out of a different glass than a Chardonnay?
A certified sommelier and glass connoisseur, Dell believes that the glasses selected for each wine being served can have a tremendous impact on how the wines taste. He became fascinated with this study as he practiced his trade in food and beverage positions at luxury resorts all over the world, from Hong Kong to Sydney to the Czech Republic. Now in Maui, Dell oversees operations at the legendary Four Seasons Maui as Resort Manager.
