Princeton, New Jersey (PRWEB) December 30, 2017
Callaway Henderson Sotheby’s International Realty, a locally owned real estate firm and market leader based in Princeton, New Jersey, launched a custom magazine, Bricks & Mortar: Life in and around Princeton.
Spearheaded by Editor in Chief, Jennifer P. Henderson, a thirteen year veteran of Vanity Fair, Bricks & Mortar showcases the extraordinary local culture, entertainment, lifestyle, and design of the greater Princeton area. With original photography, in-depth articles, and a portfolio of the area's most remarkable homes, Bricks & Mortar is a celebration of the art of living well in Princeton and beyond.
Inside the just published Fall/Winter 2017 issue is an interview with Jessica Durrie, co-owner of Princeton’s cult-fabulous Small World Coffee, as well as a sit-down with members of the groove and harmonica based jam-band Blues Traveler, who wax nostalgic in the article “Growing Up Princeton.”
The premiere issue, Spring/Summer 2017, featured a cover story of Mitch Henderson, the head coach of Princeton University Men’s Basketball team, the winners of the 2017 Ivy League Championship and participants in the NCAA tournament.
From interior design trends, exploring neighboring river towns, buying tips from Sotheby’s Auction House, expert insider information, and a photo gallery of local events and extraordinary real estate, BRICKS & MORTAR celebrates the unbelievable quality of life and unparalleled opportunities offered on a daily basis.
16,500 print copies of the large-format magazine were mailed to Princeton area homes, distributed via a handful of local businesses, and available at any of the firm's five office locations. A digital edition of the magazine reached more than 25,000 viewers between targeted email distribution and social media promotion.
