Government Relations Attorney Edward "Teddy" Eynon Joins Dickinson Wright's Washington, D.C. Office

Mr. Eynon represents clients in a wide range of matters related to government relations and public policy at all levels of the federal government, including: energy and environment, budget, defense, healthcare, financial services, transportation and infrastructure, congressional investigations and oversight, and homeland security policy.
As Deputy Chief of Staff to former Arizona Congressman John Shadegg, Mr. Eynon has a comprehensive understanding of the legislative process, which enables him to effectively assist clients in developing strategies for promoting, defeating or providing input on pending legislation. He regularly monitors and analyzes federal and state legislative and regulatory processes, leveraging this knowledge to formulate strategies that aid in the enactment of state and congressional legislation.
Mr. Eynon is an active member of the community. He and his wife founded Mamie’s Mile, a nonprofit that honors their daughter, Mamie Grace, and supports the National Down Syndrome Society. He also serves on the board of directors for the National Down Syndrome Society, Government and Advocacy Board and ChildHelp, Washington, DC Chapter and is a member of the Foster Care Program, Washington, DC Chapter. Mr. Eynon also is currently serving on the Cannabis Law Journal’s 2016 Editorial Advisory Board.
Mr. Eynon received his B.A. from Denison University and his J.D. and LL.M. from Pace University School of Law.
