Ms. Thomas recently retired as President and CEO of Central Illinois Agency on Aging, Inc. She has a lot of experience with nonprofits doing exemplary work, despite budget shortfalls in state and federal funds, as well as with government employees putting forth their best efforts on behalf of the nonprofits they helped to fund. Today, she formed and is now the Principal of The Social Factor L3C, an Illinois limited liability company.
