Samet & Company PC Announces Promotion Of Kristie DeLuca And David Marcus to Partner
CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. (PRWEB) January 02, 2018 -- Certified Public Accounting (CPA) firm, Samet & Company PC (Samet), is pleased to announce that effective January 1, 2018 Kristie DeLuca and David Marcus have been promoted to Partner.
Kristie DeLuca joined Samet in 2005 as an experienced staff accountant and was promoted to Director in 2014. Kristie focuses on working year-round with privately held and family owned businesses offering them guidance and support as well as year-end financial documents. Her areas of expertise include accounting and auditing, QuickBooks consulting, tax preparation, and compliance for a variety of industries, including professional service firms, wholesale distribution companies, retail services, insurance agencies, and real estate firms.
David Marcus joined Samet in 2011 as a tax manager and was promoted to Director in 2014. He has 20 years of experience in state, federal, and international tax services for a variety of industries and is the go-to technical expert for many of Samet’s largest clients. Prior to joining Samet, David worked in the private sector for four years as the CFO of a local restaurant group. Prior to that, he spent more than 10 years with a regional CPA firm where he focused on tax matters for closely held businesses and individuals.
