Florida Commercial Brokers Network, One of Florida's Largest Networks, Celebrates 25th Anniversary
ORLANDO, Fla. (PRWEB) January 03, 2018 -- Florida Commercial Brokers Network (FCBN), will celebrate its 25th anniversary on January 5, 2018. “In 1993, three brokerage firms located in Orlando, South Florida and Jacksonville came together to do business statewide during the S&L crisis which turned real estate on its head. That network has grown to more than 22 Partner and affiliate members and continues to conquer the challenges and maximize the opportunities we face in commercial real estate,” said Frost Weaver of Weaver Realty Group in Jacksonville, one of the original founders. “We’ve seen Florida grow from 14 million residents to nearly 22 million today, that’s a huge population increase, and has changed the real estate industry in Florida.”
FCBN is comprised of commercial real estate leaders and brokerage owners who understand the power of compounding their reach and having segment experts as partners. “Our members deal in sales, leasing and management of industrial, multi-family, hospitality, retail and office, as well as land sales; each is a unique sub set of commercial real estate and when you bring it together into this network it is a powerful resource for investors and owners, locally and globally,” said Weaver.
The Annual Meeting will be held in Orlando February 8 and 9, 2018 and more information is available at http://www.FlaBrokers.com. The group holds two-day meetings, four times a year.
