Leading Email & eCRM Agency Takes Top Honors for Chick-fil-A, Cox Media Group and Hair Club Work

BrightWave, the leading email marketing and eCRM agency, today announced that it has been named the winner in three major categories in the annual Marketer Quarterly Marketing Awards. These categories include Best Newsletter, Best Use of Triggered Email and Best Welcome Email or Welcome Series.

These awards took into consideration the goals and results of each campaign as well as the challenges overcome in order to achieve success. Chick-fil-A’s monthly newsletter took home this year’s Best Newsletter award thanks to its highly personalized and relevant content. Cox Media Group won the award for Best Use of Triggered Email and received special praise for the efficiency that the data-driven emails were able to create. Lastly, Hair Club’s totally re-hauled appointment reminder series won the award for Best Welcome Series. The judges especially appreciated the collaboration it took to build each of the emails BrightWave submitted for entry.
