GARDEN CITY, N.Y. (PRWEB) January 03, 2018 -- Cullen and Dykman LLP began its 168th year announcing the election of three outstanding individuals to Partner of the firm – Wendy Forrest and Elizabeth Usinger of the Garden City office and Konstantine Traganas of the Wall Street office.

Forrest represents clients in all areas of lending, commercial financing, acquisitions, sales, leasing and real estate development. She also represents national tenants and large landlords in office, retail, industrial and warehouse leasing transactions as well as public and private corporations and real estate developers in acquisitions and sales of hotels, retail, office, industrial and other real estate.
Usinger focuses her practice on civil litigation, with an emphasis on construction law and represents many of the firm’s clients, including financial institutions, private lenders, general contractors and individuals in a wide variety of matters including breach of contract claims, business torts, fraudulent conveyances, debt recovery, and equitable claims.
Traganas’ practice focuses on all aspects of commercial financing. Traganas represents banks and financial institutions as originators of commercial real estate loans, asset based lenders of secured and unsecured loans and owners in various types of loan transactions. Traganas’ experience also includes loan workouts and foreclosures and commercial leasing matters.
