Blackbird Technologies Resolves All Patent Cases Concerning Digital Data Duplication
BOSTON (PRWEB) January 04, 2018 -- Blackbird Technologies has resolved patent infringement lawsuits on digital data duplication technology with all defendants, including Netflix and Starz.
Blackbird Technologies filed lawsuits in February 2017 on US Patent No. 7,174,362, relating to a digital data duplication system that uses computer networks to automate the process. The cases were filed in the US District Court for the District of Delaware against a group of defendants, including Netflix, Inc. (17-cv-00100) and Starz Entertainment, LLC (17-cv-00102). Blackbird Technologies has resolved all suits related to this patent.
