MDI Group Names Diana Davis as Managing Director in Charlotte
ATLANTA (PRWEB) January 16, 2018 -- MDI Group, a national IT staffing and recruiting firm, has named Diana Davis as the new Managing Director of the Charlotte, North Carolina, office. In this role, Davis will be responsible for leading the sales and recruiting teams in the execution of the company’s 2018 goals.
Promoted from Client Manager in the Charlotte office, Davis is excited to take on this new role. Previous to MDI, she was an Account Manager for one of the largest worldwide staffing firms, and, prior to that, she began her career in staffing at a Raleigh-based company, where she gained experience in both recruiting and sales, as well as in consultant management. Davis has her master’s degree in business management from Elon University.
Davis will be responsible for helping the Charlotte office differentiate itself in the marketplace while working with the branch’s Client Managers to nurture existing accounts and break into new enterprise accounts. Furthermore, Davis will be focused on the company’s consultant care program, helping her team to build and nurture valuable relationships.
