Ski-in/Ski-out Residences at Limelight, Lumin and Viceroy Snowmass Available This Winter

The first residential opportunities at the new Snowmass Base Village are now available for sale — just in time for the New Year.

Residences at the Limelight Snowmass and Lumin, both of which are under construction, have been listed and will begin accepting contracts starting January 16, 2018. Residences at the newly-remodeled Viceroy Snowmass are also available for sale.

These whole-ownership residences are part of the transformation of Snowmass Base Village currently underway, a $600 million collaboration between three major Colorado players in the mountain resort business — East West Partners (EWP), Aspen Skiing Company (ASC) and KSL Capital Partners. The development is currently the largest mountain resort development underway in North America.

The Limelight Snowmass, designed as the “living room” of Snowmass Base Village, is a 99-room hotel on track for completion in November 2018 that includes 11 residences for sale. Prices start at $1.875 million for a two-bedroom, two-bathroom residence, rising to $4.675 million for a spacious corner three-bedroom, three-bathroom home. The residences feature a mountain modern design and large window walls throughout the great room and kitchen showcasing stunning plaza and mountain views. Owners of the for-sale residences will have access to the Snowmass Mountain Club, an exclusive private club located in the Limelight with lockers, ski valet, a lounge area and social activities, as well as exciting hotel amenities including the fitness center, outdoor spa pools, kids’ room and more.

Lumin is Snowmass Base Village’s most exclusive address with only three residences, each with direct elevator access. The Viceroy Snowmass has returned to the market with 15 residences currently for sale ranging in price from $225,000 for a studio to $1.96 million for a three-bedroom, three-bathroom residence. The Viceroy recently completed a significant part of its $4 million renovation, including a new restaurant, Toro Latin Kitchen and Lounge by Richard Sandoval, a redesigned lobby, a new coffee bar and an expanded fitness area. The pool area and re-imaging of Nest as a slopeside restaurant will be completed this summer.

This winter, construction will begin on One Snowmass, which will include 41 condominium residences in two buildings designed to capture the historic essence of iconic ski lodge designs while offering all the modern amenities that come with the newest ski area base village in the country.
