Thea Alberda Bohannon received her AA from Trinity Christian College in 1968 and her BA in Humanities from Virginia Wesleyan in 1998. She developed her talent for writing through her love of literature and her continuing education. During her many years as a wife and mother of six, she learned to use writing as a reflective outlet. Her children’s father, John Byker, passed in 1996. Since then, Thea remarried. She and her husband, Paul Bohannon, currently reside in Virginia Beach, Virginia.
