Peco InspX Announces Presence at the 2018 Northwest Food Processors Association Trade Show
San Carlos, California (PRWEB) January 05, 2018 -- Peco InspX is pleased to announce its presence at the 2018 Northwest Food Processors Association Trade Show in Booth 1645. Peco InspX will be demonstrating its new SHIELD bulk x-ray inspection systems. These new bulk inspection systems represent the state of the art in x-ray inspection of loose products such dried beans, vegetables and nuts.
The bulk SHIELD Allegro features a 510 mm wide conveyor and the wider SHIELD Allegro wide uses an 800 mm wide conveyor. What really distinguishes these systems is their mechanical design to ensure consistent, high quality inspections. Both systems feature specialized infeed flow management features and easy to clean conveyors. Furthermore, the systems have specialized ejection logic to minimize the ejection of good product. Both the Allegro and Allegro wide can operate at inspection rates exceeding 30,000 pounds per hour.
“Bulk applications can be very challenging due to variabilities in product presentation that can affect both the inspection and ejection process. Our new SHIELD bulk inspection systems are designed to provide the user with a easy to use platform that continually adjusts the software inspection settings to provide optimum results,” remarked Peco InspX CEO Rich Cisek.
“We eagerly invite anyone interested in bulk X-Ray inspection to come visit our bulk demonstration facility in Modesto, CA where we can run any product and test many operational scenarios. Another advantage of this facility is that we can give customers insight into real world detection capabilities for challenging contaminants such as low density stones,” continued Cisek.
Peco InspX will again be exhibiting this year with the Industrial Sales Company, who will be exhibiting at the show in booth 1645. Industrial Sales sells and services Peco InspX products through their offices in Portland and Seattle.
