18 Educational Opportunities Spanning Every Aspect of the Real Estate Business

Tom Ferry, the No. 1-ranked real estate coach by the Swanepoel Power 200, announced an all-new event as part of the company’s comprehensive 2018 events schedule.

Marketing Edge, an innovative two-day seminar that teaches real estate professionals how to fill their pipeline and cultivate their sphere into loyal, referral-happy customers, joins popular Tom Ferry events such as Success Summit, Leadership Summit, Sales Edge, and, back by popular demand, BluePrint in 2018.

Success Summit: Tom Ferry's flagship event is back for the 15th year. The 2018 Summit will be held at the Anaheim Convention Center August 6-9, with over 7,000 top producing agents in attendance from around the globe. Past keynote speakers have included real estate leaders and dynamic individuals such as Stefan Swanepoel, Steve Harney, David Goggins, and many of the industry’s top agents.

Leadership Summit: The premier event for leaders in real estate, the Leadership Summit focuses on teaching how to create a high-performance sales culture, best practices for talent acquisition, and boosting agent production. The Leadership Summit will take place May 15 at the Hilton Costa Mesa in Southern California.

BluePrint: Back by popular demand, this immersive three-day business strategy conference teaches agents how to get out of the trenches and operate their business from a CEO's perspective. It provides a proven system for running a real estate business with maximum efficiency, insight on how to build and maintain a high-performing team, and how to create predictability that drives consistent growth. BluePrint will visit Dallas, Baltimore and Las Vegas in 2018.

Sales Edge: Sales Edge is an intensive three-day sales skills bootcamp created to build persuasion and objection handling skills. Sales Edge teaches agents what to say and how to say it to convert more leads, better service their clients and take their business to new levels of success. Sales Edge will visit eight North American locales in 2018: Los Angeles, Scottsdale, Miami, Toronto, Boston, Orlando, Silicon Valley and San Diego.

Marketing Edge: This brand-new event provides a deep dive into today’s most effective online and offline lead generation tactics, from the “tried and true” to the cutting edge. It’s designed to help real estate professionals avoid the peaks and valleys and bring predictability to their businesses.
